Title
Oxford's tiny forests
Description
I'm really pleased that thanks to Oxford City Council and Earthwatch with funding from DEFRA & OVO, Oxford will shortly be getting two Tiny Forests. Located at Meadow Lane and Northway they will each be the size of a tennis court with 600 trees packed in. They will enhance biodiversity, becoming an oasis both for wildlife and local residents looking to relax in nature. School children from Cheney, Rose Hill and Barton Park will be involved in the projects.
