Give the item a recognizable, short and distinct name. If you are giving several items the same name, group as one item.

Tell us all about your story or item. It may be helpful to use the 5 Ws. They are who, what, why, where, and when? See the Get Started page for more details.

An account of the resource

Aim for a full account of the item here. This should cover the context and story related to the item. If you cannot fulfil this, consider whether the item should be added.

Is there a date that you can associate with your contribution

A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource

This should be a date associated to the item, not when it was added to City Stories.
