This is basically the home testing kit you get if you suspect you have CoVID. The process is:

1. Go online and either order a test kit (or book an appointment at a local test centre)
2. When you get the kit you have to register online with the barcode - this involves a scan from your phone
3. You then self-administer the test - a swab (like a cotton bud) at the back of the throat (but avoid touching tongue or teeth) and then put it up a nostril. You then handle it carefully, making sure you don't touch the swab and put it into a plastic tube, which goes in a bag, which goes in a box (that you assemble).
4. There are dedicated postboxes for you to send your test back as pictured and then you wait.
