The Oxford Community Soup Kitchen run by the Icolyn Smith Foundation feed and help people in need in Oxfordshire by a twice-weekly soup kitchen. Icolyn 'Ma' Smith has been working with the homeless for over 30 years. She has been awarded an MBE for her efforts as well as a Pride of Britain award in 2018.
